Meet The Team Dave is the President of Jet Yard Solutions, having joined the company at its inception in October 2014. He manages all business operations and customer engagements. Before Jet Yard Solutions, Dave served as a senior enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) with the United States Air Force & Minnesota Air National Guard for 29 years and worked for Northwest Airlines for 16 years. His aviation experience spans Commercial and Military Aviation Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and extensive jet engine maintenance worldwide. Dave has been deployed multiple times to the Middle East as an aviation expert for the United States Air Force. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University, an AAS degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License. Dave Bixler President Patrick is the General Manager of Jet Yard Solutions for the Marana, AZ operation, overseeing daily operations, coordinating dismantling activities, and managing storage operations. He also interacts with customers to grow Jet Yard Solutions as a premier facility in the Southwest. Patrick's aviation career began in a family fixed base operation in Iowa, covering all phases of aviation. After high school, he joined the Army for three years as a UH-1H helicopter crew chief, serving in Korea and Colorado. He gained commercial aviation experience at Pan Am, ATA, and Northwest Airlines as a mechanic and supervisor in engine overhaul and aircraft line maintenance. He also spent over ten years at a 145 facility as the accountable manager for teardown, storage, and heavy maintenance, amassing 40 years of aviation experience. Patrick is an A&P mechanic with an A.A.S. degree in Aviation Maintenance. Patrick Connell Vice President - Operations Ethan is the Director of Sales for Jet Yard Solutions, bringing over 11 years of experience in the aviation industry. He oversees customer outreach and relations, business development, and contract management. Before joining Jet Yard Solutions, Ethan served as an enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the United States Marine Corps, deploying multiple times to the Middle East as a CH-53E Crew Chief. He also has experience in business development, previously serving as the director of sales and business development for an aviation aftermarket parts company, managing the inside sales team and regional operations.
